As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a talented Brand Content & Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape the future of the brand.
About the role
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining SATO’s visual identity across every touchpoint.
Working closely with the founders and our sales, marketing and product teams, you will ensure that every piece of communication reflects the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that define SATO.
Your responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Identity
* Design luxury catalogues, workbooks and lookbooks
* Create premium sales and marketing materials
* Develop presentations for clients and partners
* Produce print and digital communication assets
* Ensure consistency across all brand communications
Digital
* Manage and update our Shopify website
* Create landing pages and digital content
* Optimize product visuals
* Support digital marketing campaigns
Photography & Content
* Produce high-quality product packshots
* Retouch product photography
* Create visual content for social media and press
* Assist with lifestyle and campaign photoshoots
Sales Support
* Develop tools and materials for our international sales network
* Prepare presentations for distributors and premium retailers
* Support product launches, trade shows and brand events
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design, luxury products and beautiful craftsmanship.
You have 2 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar role.
You are proficient in:
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage.
You also have:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong graphic design and typography skills
* A good understanding of product photography and retouching
* Excellent organizational skills
* Professional proficiency in English (French is a plus)
Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, watches, furniture, beauty or premium consumer brands will be highly valued.
Bonus skills
We are looking for someone who embraces innovation.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a strong plus, including:
* ChatGPT
* Claude
* Midjourney
* Adobe Firefly
* Photoshop AI
* or any other AI-powered creative tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion design would also be appreciated.

Votre mission
Vous serez responsable de l’image de SATO sur l’ensemble de nos supports de communication.
Vous travaillerez directement avec les fondateurs et collaborerez avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et développement produit afin de garantir une identité visuelle cohérente et premium.
Vos principales missions
Direction artistique & Design graphique
* Création des catalogues, workbooks et lookbooks
* Conception des supports commerciaux et marketing
* Création de présentations haut de gamme
* Développement de contenus print et digitaux
* Respect et évolution de l’identité visuelle de la marque
Digital
* Gestion et mise à jour du site Shopify
* Création de landing pages et de contenus web
* Optimisation des visuels produits
* Participation aux campagnes digitales
Photographie & Contenu
* Réalisation de packshots produits
* Retouche photo
* Création de contenus visuels pour les réseaux sociaux
* Participation à l’organisation de shootings photo
Support commercial
* Création des outils destinés à notre réseau international
* Réalisation de présentations pour nos distributeurs et opticiens
* Support lors des lancements de collections, salons et événements
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons avant tout une personne passionnée par le design, les beaux objets et l’univers du luxe.
Vous disposez de 2 à 7 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
Vous maîtrisez :
* Adobe InDesign
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Illustrator
Une expérience sur Shopify est un véritable plus.
Vous possédez également :
* Un excellent sens du détail
* Une forte sensibilité graphique
* Une bonne maîtrise de la typographie et de la mise en page
* Une bonne compréhension de la photographie produit
* Un bon niveau d’anglais
Une expérience dans les secteurs du luxe, de la mode, de l’horlogerie, de la joaillerie, du mobilier ou du design sera particulièrement appréciée.
Les petits plus qui feront la différence

La maîtrise des outils d’IA générative constitue un réel atout :
