What You Will Do:
1. Design event proposals, pitch decks, and visual mockups that close deals.
2. Create mood boards, layouts, and rendered event visuals (booths, stages, setups)
3. Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity / etc.) to accelerate research and concepting.
4. Prepare print-ready and digital assets: backdrops, banners, social creatives.
5. Work closely with sales and ops to hit tight deadlines.
6. Provide creative support for ad-hoc design requests across print and digital.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Branding.
- Experience in Event, Exhibition, or Experiential design.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Previous experience in event-related design is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
