We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Brand and Marketing Manager to join team in Dubai. If you enjoy building strong brand narratives and driving growth through performance marketing, this role could be a great fit.

💰 Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 + performance-based incentives
What you’ll be doing:
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals
• Own brand communication and ensure consistency across all channels
• Manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies
• Plan and run performance campaigns across Meta Ads and Google
• Optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates
• Track and report key metrics like ROI, CAC, and CPM
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Legal teams
• Manage marketing budgets effectively
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in brand management and performance marketing
• MBA in Brand & Marketing from a reputed institute
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables)
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of product positioning and customer journeys
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
