Job Description
The Field Marketing Representative is an advocate for Complete Animal Removal. They promote a building brand awareness through business-to-business relationships and a variety of social marketing platforms. We are in search of a creative, detail-oriented individual with the ability to think outside the box and who isn’t afraid of rejection. The right candidate will possess both strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to interact and connect with individuals or groups on a daily basis. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are effective and efficient.
Job Responsibilities
● Implement and execute the network marketing strategy by promoting Complete Animal Removal to business owners/managers in order to educate them on our products and services. (9-12 stops a day)
● Develop and establish relationships with local companies to generate new sources of referral business. (Monday – Thursday)
● Maintain and build upon existing relationships with current companies to ensure continual referral business. (Monday – Thursday)
● Maintain updated documentation of all interactions with businesses and provide updates to the Marketing Director for review.
● Assist with the organization and oversight of business-related events by ensuring all aspects run smoothly. (Ex. trade shows, community engagement, networking, etc.)
● Complete additional projects and tasks pertaining to the job as assigned.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Business or related field.
● Previous Brand Ambassador or B2B marketing experience preferred.
● Previous Digital Marketing/Social Media experience preferred.
● Proficient in Google Workspace Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
● Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver information to individuals or groups.
● Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $40,000 – $45,000/year
