Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Ambassador who will report to the Store Manager. Your opportunity You can significantly contribute to the store sales, by providing Balenciaga signature to all internal and external clients, support the management team and represent Balenciaga brand and image.

You can significantly contribute to the store sales, by providing Balenciaga signature to all internal and external clients, support the management team and represent Balenciaga brand and image.

How you will contribute

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs by using effective sales and client engagement techniques.

Act as a welcoming host for clients, consistently strengthening and building long term relationships, including with returning and local clientele.

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and deliver an elevated, professional client experience.

Support clients with personalised styling advice and tailored recommendations, demonstrating confidence in leading conversations beyond the transactional interaction.

Replenish stock, maintain high standards of merchandising, and ensure product presentation reflects brand expectations for quality and craftsmanship.

Maintain store cleanliness and grooming standards, ensuring all areas reflect the brand’s visual guidelines.

Support all store process compliance and follow-up, acting as a reliable reference point for operational standards when required.

Represent the brand with professionalism both in store and, when required, during special client moments or events.

Who you are

Prior experience in a luxury or premium brand environment; experience with diverse or high expectation clientele is a strong advantage.

A deep sensitivity to product, fashion, and styling, with an ability to discuss silhouettes, trends, and wardrobe building with confidence.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful, lasting client relationships and engage naturally with a sophisticated clientele.

A strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and the ability to act as a positive role model within the team.

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple client needs with discretion and professionalism.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Confident with digital tools, including MS Office and clienteling applications.
