We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Fashion Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and a love for trend-forward design to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of full-time industry experience in women’s Apparel Design and Technical Design
  • Excellent eye for aesthetics and trend relevance, with the ability to create visually compelling, brand-right collections
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for technical flats, CADs, mockups, and design presentations
  • Strong digital sketching abilities, with a solid understanding of garment construction and fit
  • Experience designing Wovens Tops, Dresses and Bottoms; Cut & Sew Knits; and sweaters
  • Experience using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems to manage style data, development milestones, and approvals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel to track development and maintain seasonal tools
  • Familiarity with the product development process and working with overseas vendors and factories
  • Ability to identify key fashion trends and translate them into brand-relevant, commercially viable styles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 40–50 styles per season
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects
  • Clear communicator and team player, with experience collaborating across design, production, and merchandising
  • Ability to maintain seasonal design calendars, working to deadline while maintaining accuracy and quality of work as well as work independently and in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving ability and quick, precise decision-making skills are a strong plus

 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research trends, fabrics, and colors to inspire the seasonal direction and create mood boards to reflect the trends
  • Research develop seasonal collections across multiple categories, including knits, wovens, and sweaters
  • Translate trend research into brand-appropriate, on-trend designs
  • Review lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and fabric submissions for color and quality approval
  • Create design mockups and build detailed tech packs for development
  • Manage the PLM system, ensuring all product data, updates, and approvals are up to date
  • Maintain and update the design board and line sheets throughout the season
  • Track style development, manage timelines, and assist with internal line presentations
  • Be in charge of fitting sessions, refine samples, and ensure each style meets quality and fit standards
  • Track and manage 40–50 styles per season from concept through production
  • Source fabrics and trims and ensure alignment with seasonal goals and price points
  • Work closely with overseas vendors to track product development, communicate design updates, and maintain timelines
