Role & Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director with strong 3D design skills to support the creative development of events and activations. The role involves turning concepts into clean, impactful 3D visuals that bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design 3D event elements: Stage Design, Stall Designs, Exhibition Designs, Layouts, branding,
- Create mood boards, mock-ups, and presentation-ready visuals
- Work closely with Creative Director and Copywriters to visualize concepts
- Ensure design consistency across all creative outputs
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Associate Creative Director – 3D Design (Events & Activations) Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 10+ years of experience specifically in 3D design for events, activations, and exhibitions — candidates from interior design, architecture, or product design backgrounds without direct event/activation exposure will not meet this criterion
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have demonstrated experience designing event elements including stage design, stall designs, exhibition designs, layouts, and branding — not just rendering or visualisation-only backgrounds
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience creating mood boards, mock-ups, and presentation-ready visuals for client or internal pitches
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience collaborating closely with Creative Directors and Copywriters to translate concepts into 3D visuals — not just independent execution roles
- Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have hands-on proficiency in 3DS Max with V-Ray and Blender — these are non-negotiable tools for this role; candidates without these will not qualify
- Mandatory (Skill 2) – Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop for layout planning and design finishing
- Mandatory (Skill 3) – Must have good understanding of layout, structural production knowledge, and the ability to ensure design consistency across all creative outputs
- Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong portfolio showcasing 3D event design work — stage designs, stall/exhibition designs, and activation visuals — across at least 3–4 real project executions
- Preferred (Skill 1) – Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple projects running simultaneously
- Preferred (Skill 2) – Understanding of on-ground production realities and structural feasibility when designing event elements
