Key Responsibilities
- Content & Calendar Management
- Plan, create, and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, Islamic occasions, and product launches
- Ensure timely posting of feed posts, reels, stories, highlights, and pinned content
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, luxury aesthetics, and messaging
- Platform Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube (short-form focus)
- Publish reels, stories, carousels, and static posts as per schedule
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; escalate customer queries to the relevant team
- Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors
- Brief the design team clearly and ensure the timely delivery of creatives
- Ensure visuals reflect premium, elegant, and Islamic-inspired aesthetics
- Campaign & Occasion Marketing
- Execute content for key moments: Ramadan, Eid, Nikah, Aqiqah, Umrah, Newborn gifting, Corporate gifting, etc.
- Support influencer collaborations and gifting campaigns
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Performance Tracking
- Monitor insights: reach, engagement, saves, clicks, and follower growth
- Share weekly performance updates with learnings and improvement suggestions
- Identify trends and suggest content ideas based on performance
