Role: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: Mumbai/ Ahmedabad (On-site)
This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll work across branding, content, campaigns, influencer culture, product storytelling, and ecommerce — blending creative thinking with execution.
What You’ll Do
• Work on New Product Development – innovation, launch strategies and packaging (perfumes, makeup and personal care appliances)
• Drive content creation and follower growth across Instagram and emerging platforms – create reels, trend-led content, creator formats, memes, and community-first storytelling
• Assist in content planning, shoot coordination, and campaign execution and analysis what makes content perform – hook rate, retention, relatability, and shareability
• Ideate campaigns, launch concepts, and social-first content ideas
• Create creatives, presentations, social posts, reels – need to have good understanding of design, video editing & creative direction
• Manage listings across website and ecommerce platforms – qualitative and quantitative (coordinate PDPs, product copy, banners, creatives)
• Handle macro creators, UGC creators, and community collaborations – coordinate influencer briefs, timelines, and content approvals
• Support ORM and help build a strong online community around Freed for Barter and Brand Salience

Skills Preferred
• Basic design skills (Power point, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Final Cut, etc.)
• Understanding of Instagram, short-form video trends, and social storytelling
• Strong visual taste and reference sense
• Good communication/ enthusiastic and coordination skills
