We're hiring into the Founder's Office to join the founding team and run the engine behind it all.
What you'll own
✅ Client lifecycle: onboarding, delivery, retention, escalations.
✅ Client relationships. Weekly review calls, strategy calls, escalation calls with founders and CMOs. You'll be the face of the firm to clients alongside the founder.
✅ Meta ads for client accounts. campaign structure, budget allocation, creative testing, performance review.
✅ Building the SOP library and the systems the team runs on.
✅ A team of 3-4 ops and account associates.
✅ Internal cadences weekly team reviews, monthly planning, quarterly business reviews with clients.
Special projects across the firm, from new client launches to internal experiments.
Who you are
✅ If you've worked 1-5 years at a fast-growing startup, e-commerce brand, or consulting firm.
✅ Fluent, polished English. You'll be on calls with international founders.
✅ You've owned real outcomes, not just tasks.
✅ You notice what's broken and fix it before being asked.
✅ You want to operate at the highest level alongside one of the fastest-growing consulting firms in India.
✅ You have experience with meta ads / and or are willing to learn fast
✅ Are a hustler
