Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role as an Assistant Tour Manager, based in Mexico City, Mexico, with opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The Assistant Tour Manager will support the planning and coordination of tours and live events, managing logistics, schedules, and artist relations. Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, tracking budgets, liaising with venue and event staff, and ensuring smooth on-site operations during events.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle logistics and scheduling
- Availability to work on weekends
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating with vendors, coordinating with team members, and managing artist relations
- Detail-oriented with experience in budget tracking and financial planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
- Familiarity with the music and events industry; prior experience or education in music management, event planning, or a related field is advantageous
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
