This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of growth and creative; built for someone who knows how to turn insight into compelling content that performs. You will lead the creative engine behind marketing campaigns, owning the full funnel from awareness through to conversion.
The role demands a strong command over narrative development, message mapping, and creative strategy. You will work in close collaboration with performance marketers, user insights, and design teams to ensure every creative is purposeful and platform‑aware.
- Location: Bengaluru (Koramangala)
- Mode: On‑site, 5 days/week
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable performance across the funnel.
- Lead narrative development, message mapping, and platform‑specific content creation.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, insights, and design teams to deliver purposeful campaigns.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling, globally resonant content.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in building content strategy, brand marketing, or growth‑focused creative roles.
- Strong storytelling ability with expertise in narrative development and message mapping.
