Assistant Marketing Manager Jobs in Malé, Maldives at Baros Maldives
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels
. Support content creation including copywriting, visuals, videos and promotional materials
. Manage social media channels and email marketing campaigns
. Coordinate with PR agencies, partners and media for campaigns and press coverage
. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
. Support on-property marketing initiatives
. Help manage marketing budgets and procurement
. Assist with guest-facing communications, including newsletters, brochures and press kits
. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals
. Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or resorts
. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation
. Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills
. Creative mindset with attention to detail
. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or resorts
