What Your Role Entails
Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across branding, digital communication, technical content, events, and audio-visual campaigns while supporting business growth through impactful customer-centric communication and strategic execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership & Target Achievement: The role involves guiding and mentoring all team members by setting clear revenue targets and ensuring consistent support to help them achieve defined objectives. It focuses on building accountability, driving performance, and fostering a high-performance culture across the team.
- Marketing Communication & Brand Strategy: Own the overall planning and execution of brochures, manuals, sales collaterals, branding materials, and communication frameworks aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management : Drive social media strategy, content planning, storytelling, engagement, and performance tracking while ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
- Events, Exhibitions & Experiential Marketing : Lead the execution of stalls, seminars, trade shows, product display areas, brand stores, and experience centers from concept to completion.
- Retail Branding & Customer Engagement: Conceptualize and deploy POP/POS materials and customer-centric communication assets aligned with sales objectives and customer journey stages.
- Audio-Visual Content & Creative Production
Lead AV ideation and development including product videos, testimonials, and technology-driven visual experiences to strengthen brand communication.
- CRM, Website & Marketing Database Management
Manage marketing databases, audience segmentation, email campaigns, and website content to improve communication effectiveness and customer reach.
- Product & Market Communication
Translate product offerings and business inputs into market-ready messaging, positioning, and communication assets focused on customer relevance.
- Agency & Vendor Management
Coordinate with creative, content, and production agencies through clear briefs, timelines, and quality expectations to ensure timely delivery.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, launches, and positioning strategies to support informed marketing decisions.
- Marketing Operations & Initiative Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives with accountability for timelines, budgets, execution quality, and business outcomes.
Your success is grounded in
- Educational Background: You should hold MBA in Marketing
- Experience: A proven track record of 4-8 years in to Marketing
- Technical Acumen: Quickly understand technical products and solutions while driving key growth initiatives across product lines and services through impactful marketing communication, video content creation, and engaging audio-visual graphics.
- Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions
