ROLE: PR & INFLUENCER ASSISTANT
Location: London, UK (On-site)
Reports To: Creative Director
SUMMARY:
ALIGNE is looking for a highly organised and proactive PR & Influencer Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of global PR, influencer, and gifting activity.
Working closely with the PR Manager (future higher)& Creative Director, this role is central to ensuring the smooth running of press operations — from sample management and gifting to events and reporting. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced, design-led fashion brand.
THE ROLE:
Gifting & Affiliate Execution
• Own the day-to-day management of influencer gifting across ShopMy and LTK
• Process and fulfil all gifting orders, ensuring alignment with campaign and product priorities
• Maintain detailed gifting trackers (orders, value, creators, posting status, links)
• Track content output and flag performance, key wins, and gaps to the PR Manager
• Support monthly gifting targets, ensuring visibility and consistency
Sample Management & Press Appointments
• Own the organisation and upkeep of the press cupboard, rails, and sample inventory
• Prep all samples and rails for press appointments, shoots, and events to a high standard
• Coordinate all sample send-outs, returns, and call-ins
• Track all sample movement meticulously
• Ensure key product is prioritised in line with campaigns
PR & Media Support
• Assist in drafting press notes, product blurbs, and outreach materials
• Maintain and update media lists
• Track coverage and compile weekly reports
• Support inbound media requests
Events & Campaign Support
• Support execution of events, press days, and activations
• Assist with guestlists, RSVPs, and logistics
• Help coordinate creator content
Organisation & Admin
• Maintain PR trackers, calendars, and shared folders
• Support reporting, invoicing, and admin
THE PERSON:
• 2-3 years’ experience in PR, influencer, or fashion-related role
• Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong written skills
• Strong interest in fashion, media, and influencers
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work at pace
• A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
