Duties
To assist the F&B Director in the overall administration and operation of the F&B division in section appointed, to maximize profits, and ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Well groomed and well mannered.
- Self-motivated
- Good written & oral English
- At least 1 year similar position in international 5 star hotels
- Good communication skills and customer relationship
- Creative and open-minded
