About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic brand marketing professional to support the growth of our premium beauty and wellness portfolios. This role will assist in executing integrated brand campaigns across online and offline channels, driving digital-first initiatives, and collaborating across teams to build consumer love and market presence for high-growth categories.
Key Responsibilities:
🛒 Integrated Campaign Execution – Support end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels (ATL & BTL) to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail footfall.
📊 Brand Communication – Assist in developing compelling brand propositions, creative briefs, and content strategies that resonate with target audiences across color cosmetics, personal care, and wellness categories.
📈 Offline Brand Building – Support the planning and execution of in-store activations, retail events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer trials. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand presence across retail touchpoints.
🚚 Digital & Social Media – Curate and manage social media calendars, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing assets to enhance brand visibility and drive e-commerce conversions.
📣 Consumer Insights – Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand positioning and campaign optimization across both online and offline channels.
🤝 E-commerce & Retail Support – Collaborate with category, e-commerce, and retail teams to optimize product listings, PDP content, and in-store merchandising for platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, and physical retail stores.
🤝 Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with product development, sales, creative, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives across all consumer touchpoints.
Requirements:
✅ 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, FMCG, beauty, or e-commerce
✅ Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital + offline), including in-store activations and retail marketing
✅ Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative mindset
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media dashboards)
Preferred:
⭐ Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wellness categories
⭐ Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra
