You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between consumer insight and commercial execution. By leveraging market data and cross-functional collaboration, you will support high-impact brand strategies that define how millions of consumers interact with these products every day.
The Role
- Support the development and delivery of consumer-focused brand strategies from initial concept through to retail launch.
- Track brand performance and competitor activity using advanced data analysis to inform future marketing investment.
- Manage cross-functional projects, acting as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies and internal sales teams.
- Drive brand awareness by executing annual marketing plans and supporting high-profile brand initiatives.
- Ensure commercial alignment by collaborating with category management and supply chain teams on product lifecycle projects.
What You'll Need
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing or Brand-focused role, ideally within the fast-paced FMCG or Consumer Goods sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically using Excel for data reporting and PowerPoint for high-stakes stakeholder presentations.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and agency relationships simultaneously.
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI, consumer behavior trends, and market positioning.
- Full UK Driving Licence and the flexibility to engage with a hybrid working model (2 days per week in the Leeds-based office).
