About the role
Because great media leadership is about more than plans and placements.
We’re looking for a Media Account Director who can lead the client relationship across media – bringing together strategy, creativity, digital capability and commercial thinking to deliver real business impact.
You’ll be a trusted senior partner to our client and anchor for the team – ensuring the work is smart, the thinking is progressive and the partnership keeps getting stronger.
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience leading media relationships within an agency or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of the New Zealand media landscape across both traditional and digital channels
- The ability to think strategically while staying close to delivery and performance.
- Confidence presenting and influencing at a senior level
- Strong commercial instincts – understanding how media investment translates to business outcomes.
- Proven leadership capability with a genuine interest in developing others
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a collaborative, low-ego mindset
