Amiz is an Amazon service provider startup that offers strategic account management, advertising management, consulting, training and diligence for brands who are new to Amazon, don't have current bandwidth to support the channel or are seeking a tech-led + people-managed approach. This is a team of senior-level individual contributors who are elevating the way brands should be managed on Amazon.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon Account Director at Amiz. The Amazon Account Director will be responsible for managing Amazon accounts via Seller/Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising, collaborating with our team, driving incremental top line sales and bottom line efficiencies, overseeing creative projects and providing thought leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon strategies for clients across various industries (with an high emphasis in Beauty and Personal Care).
- Stay up to date of the latest trends, updates, and developments on the Amazon platform, and incorporate them into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Oversee the management of Amazon Advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword targeting, bid optimization, and ad creative development.
- Oversee the day to day management of Amazon Seller Central.
- Build Content Strategy briefs and recommendations for Product Page, Amazon Store and Ad Creative.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets
- Expert in Amazon Advertising and Seller/Vendor Central
- Proficiency with Amazon SaaS, such as Perpetua, PacVue, Helium10, Stackline, Cobalt, MRP
- Proficiency with task management tools, such as Asana or other comparable alternative
- Basic knowledge of third party content and creative tools such as Figma, Canva and ChatGPT
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate recommendations
- Experience with Beauty and Personal Care categories on Amazon
