We’re hiring a Creative Production Specialist to lead photoshoot production and creative execution for Taylor Stitch across brand and eCommerce channels.
If you thrive at the intersection of creative + operations, love bringing campaigns to life, and can manage everything from concept through final asset delivery, this role is for you.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area – required)
Travel: 15–20%
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end photoshoot production (pre-pro → shoot → post)
- Build and manage production schedules, shot lists, and timelines
- Coordinate photographers, stylists, talent, and external vendors
- Manage product samples and ensure shoot readiness
- Oversee post-production and final asset delivery
- Track budgets and improve production efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, and eCommerce teams
What You Bring
- 3+ years in photo production, creative ops, or studio environments
- Strong understanding of fashion/lifestyle shoot workflows
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Experience managing vendors and multiple projects at once
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
