Who We’re Looking for: 

We’re looking for a 3D Designer who can bring immersive brand environments to life through thoughtful, elevated spatial design.

This role goes beyond technical execution; we’re seeking someone with a strong creative point of view, refined aesthetic, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling, experience-driven environments.

We are particularly drawn to designers whose portfolios reflect work across luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brands.

This role requires someone who understands not only how to build a space, but how to create an experience within it, considering flow, emotion, brand storytelling, and visual impact.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 3 years of experience of post-college experience as an Experiential Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in concept development, 3D modelling, spatial design, graphic design, and experiential design. 

• Previous experience designing and producing high-impact environment designs while adhering to brand standards

• Agency or production company experience preferred.

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling software (SketchUp, CAD, Rhino, etc.) and rendering tools.

• Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office skills a must, with an emphasis on InDesign and Photoshop

• Skilled in both 2D and 3D design, developing everything from digital ads to environmental graphics to 3D design of spaces.

• Strong understanding of fabrication, with the ability to manage relationships with fabricators,

• Proficient in preparing print files for large & small format print.

• Able to communicate and help manage product with print & production creative partners

• Well-developed time management skills and an exceptional ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

• Willingness to travel and work on-site during installations and events, including overnight installs with varied hours.

• Must be available to work in-studio 2-3 days per week (Toronto)

• Portfolio showcasing a variety of environmental & event design work 

Responsibilities: 

• Creating visually stunning event-focused & experiential spaces for brands; this includes creative & technical development of assets from ideation into 3D elements (renderings, drawings, schematics, models, mock-ups, floorplans), focusing on the overall design of physical spaces incorporating physical items and interactive elements, while considering consumer journey, flow, accessibility, and safety

• Design development and full final, error-free delivery of files for event/experiential materials utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other emerging software for event/experiential designs

• Collaborate with all necessary teams to create mock-ups to visualize intent for approval prior to execution

• Ensuring all materials created fit within brand standards and meet project-specific budgets, timelines and technical feasibility requirements

• Execution of materials as directed by senior design leads, plus on-site visits for inspections, site surveys and execution at events as needed

• Research and sourcing of necessary vendors & suppliers for fabrication as needed

• Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality event/experiential deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

• Organize and maintain working & final files within current project management/file storage systems.

• Stay current with industry trends & best practices; continuously refining skills, quickly adapting to new technologies & exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of event/experiential design
