Are you chronically online and love content that makes you hungry? As a Social Media Manager at Creative Eats Media, you will lead the strategy and execution of social media marketing, account management, and brand growth across various social platforms for clients. Our agency specializes in food/restaurant marketing, but expands further into the hospitality industry.

Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms and utilize platform management tools (i.e. Buffer and Hootsuite) to schedule posts, track engagement metrics, and streamline workflow across multiple channels.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and brand representatives.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting cadence and timely alignment with marketing campaigns or product launches.
  • Collaborate with the team’s content creators to produce engaging content using tools that align with campaign goals.
  • Proactive “social listening” and research to identify trending topics, targeted audience, and emerging opportunities for targeted advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance using platform-specific insights; analyze data to optimize ad spend, audience targeting, and creative assets.
  • Build and engage within the brand’s community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and tailoring content to targeted audiences.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry partners, and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Strategy and focus within the food/restaurant marketing industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, brand growth, and strategy.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools (i.e. Buffer) for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Excellent written communication skills to ensure accuracy and clarity across all communications and content creation.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an emphasis on collaboration across teams including content creation, branding, and public relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to collaborate with clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong graphic design skills (i.e. Canva, Adobe) and experience with video editing is highly desirable.
  • Experience and strategy within the food/restaurant marketing industry is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour
