任职资格： 1、服装设计相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、英语流利，能和欧洲设计师合作 3、三年以上相关工作经验，具有扎实的美术基础、色彩控制能力强、想象力丰富，富有创意及执行力； 4、较强的设计，绘稿能力，对品牌及客户需求的理解力，熟练操作绘图软件； 5、思维活跃，对服装具有敏锐的洞察力，具有创新意识，能把握服饰的色彩、面料等流行趋势； 6、熟悉欧美男女时装面料，懂时装工艺，有敏锐的色彩感觉，能把握市场流行趋势; 7、具有良好的审美观及创新意识； 8、善于沟通，抗压能力强，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，有良好的沟通能力具有创新精神及团队协作精神，能独当一面，能完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项，服从管理，顾全大局，具有良好的团队协作和敬业精神 Job Responsibilities
- Conduct fashion trend research, keep abreast of the latest fashion trends in the European market, collect industry information via fashion websites and conduct market research. Formulate seasonal design proposals for women's apparel collections based on trend analysis.
- Create technical packs proficiently, including style flat sketches, structural details and stitch development details to support sample making and mass production.
- Possess innovative thinking; cooperate closely with suppliers, manufacturers and merchandising teams to deliver creative designs within the development cycle.
- Excellent communication skills. Maintain effective communication with designers and clients, accurately understand feedback and adjust design solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong color sense and aesthetic taste with solid artistic foundation and fashion creativity. Able to interpret prevailing fashion trends uniquely.
- Understand and adapt to the aesthetic preferences and working styles of European clients. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Fashion Design or related fields.
- Fluent in English, capable of collaborating with European designers.
- Over 3 years of relevant working experience. Solid artistic foundation, outstanding color matching capability, rich imagination, strong creativity and execution ability.
- Proficient in design and sketching, able to accurately grasp brand positioning and client demands; skilled in design drawing software.
- Active thinking and sharp fashion insight with innovative awareness; able to capture prevailing trends of apparel colors and fabrics.
- Familiar with European and American apparel fabrics and garment production techniques; sensitive to color trends and market fashion directions.
- Sound aesthetic judgment and innovative mindset.
- Good communication skills, strong stress resistance, hard-working and highly responsible. Possess team spirit and innovative spirit, capable of working independently. Able to complete other tasks assigned by superiors, follow management arrangements and prioritize overall team interests with dedicated professionalism.
