The Opportunity
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager – Joinery to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all joinery production activities from planning through to delivery.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage workshop teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Collaborate closely with design, project management, procurement, and installation teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Production Manager within the joinery, retail display, or woodworking industry.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large-scale production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
