该职位来源于猎聘 Role Purpose: – Leader the team completes the annual target – Responsible for the management team
– Supervise and assist to improve services quality. – Lead team to finish project report – Assist to support other local CON team(s) in East China – Generate new business and maintain existing clients Responsibilities: – Take lead in production of presentations, reports, proposals. Involvement at key phases of client assignments. – Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients at senior level – Develop and motivate own team – Assist to control costs and achieve the budget – Achieve annual objectives set within performance review Qualifications: – Degree level qualification – Post graduate degree for some roles – Professional body recognition where required – e.g. RTPI Skills & Personal Qualities: – At least 5-year related working experience – Knowledge of the real estate industry sector – Some financial awareness – Business development and consultancy marketing skills – Business and report writing experience – Working knowledge of IT systems (word-processing, spreadsheets, internet etc.) – Architecture related IT skills preferred (i.e. Sketchup, AutoCAD, etc.) – Highly organized high energy – Versatile, creative, customer oriented – Good communicator – Team player – Excellent command of written/ verbal English
