Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Liz Rivera, known as LifeInStylebyLiz, is a seasoned lifestyle and fashion creator with six years of experience building a dedicated community of 23,000 subscribers — and she's on a mission to hit 100K. She's looking for a YouTube Content Manager to help unlock that next level of growth, and we're helping her fill this position.

Requirements:
- You're available to work remotely (Western New York / Buffalo / Amherst area preferred)
- You have a proven track record of growing YouTube channels — ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or a related niche
- You have a deep understanding of YouTube Analytics and can translate data into clear, actionable creative direction
- You're highly analytical with strong instincts for SEO, thumbnails, and content packaging
- You have an eye for what resonates with a mature female audience (women 45–55)
- You're proficient with tools like Canva, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, InShot, and/or Excel
- You're comfortable managing both long-form content strategy and Shorts growth simultaneously
- Experience with affiliate-driven or brand partnership content is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth audits of YouTube Analytics to identify what's stalling growth and prescribe clear fixes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy across titles, descriptions, and tags for 2 long-form videos and 7 Shorts per week
- Audit the existing content library and refresh metadata on evergreen series like "Try-On Hauls" and "Style School"
- Advise on and/or design high-conversion thumbnails tailored to the 45+ female demographic
- A/B test titles and thumbnails to continuously improve CTR and viewer retention
- Monitor competitor trends in the affordable fashion space to keep content fresh and competitive
- Advise on Series development (e.g., Walmart Wednesday, Style School) to encourage binge-watching behavior
- Build a strategy to convert Shorts viewers into long-form subscribers
