Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Creative & Brand Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves fashion, and enjoys wearing many hats. From product design and development to social media content creation and tradeshow representation, you will play a central role in driving the growth and visibility of our brand.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on product design and development initiatives, contributing creative ideas from concept through execution.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including creating compelling content and developing AI-generated visual assets.
- Support our clothing stylist program by assisting stylists with resources, coordination, and client-facing materials.
- Represent TINA Stephens at tradeshows, engaging with customers and partners to drive brand awareness and revenue.
- Contribute to a variety of other revenue-driving initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Stay current on fashion trends, AI design tools, and social media best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Background in clothing retail, fashion design, or a closely related field s strongly preferred
- Experience with social media content creation and an eye for visual storytelling
- Strong familiarity with AI image generation tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
