This position calls for a dedicated and experienced pianist specializing in wind and brass accompaniment. You will coach students individually while supporting studio classes and participating in an array of musical events, including recitals and auditions. The role emphasizes fostering musical talent and requires commitment to ongoing collaboration with instructors and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer individual coaching for student musicians in studio classes
• Accompany performances at recitals and for auditions
• Participate in masterclasses and juries for talent evaluation
• Contribute to the organization of special musical events
• Take on any additional duties as per the Collective Agreement
Requirements:
• MMus or BMus and/or Licentiate or Artist Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years experience in PSE level accompaniment
• Strong collaborative pianist profile on various platforms
• Experience with student evaluations and teaching success
• Comprehensive background in winds and brass repertoire
