ASSOULINE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to join our US sales team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the wholesale order process, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the wholesale industry
Order Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of wholesale orders, including order entry, tracking, and delegating final steps to the logistics team
- Act as a liaison between the US sales team and internal/external contacts to ensure smooth order movement
- Coordinate logistical and administrative needs, such as handling credit notes, exchanges, and returns, in collaboration with respective teams
- Address post-order B2B customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Assist the sales team in creating and maintaining wholesale client profiles on our B2B platform
- Support the implementation of process improvements to streamline and optimize order processing.
- Update and modify customer files as directed by the sales team
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and contribute to business development strategies
- Provide operational, administrative, and brand support within the sales department
Support commercial
- Process requests for images, product data tables, and supplier account opening sheets
- Collect and analyze data to support the team in meeting business objectives and optimizing performance, including pre-order lists, market-specific results, and account sales reports
- Maintain and update the customer database, along with guides and documents specific to the international department
- Regularly update the tools and resources used by the sales team, such as purchase orders, sales materials, and price lists
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field from a reputable business school or university.
- 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships in an operational, administrative, or brand support role, ideally within a sales department
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Good level of Microsoft Excel
- Practical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Adaptability, a collaborative team spirit, and a willingness to take on new challenges
- A passion for culture, lifestyle, design, fashion, or luxury industries
Salary Range $65,000 – $70,000
