At Global Beauty Care, we develop high-performing, trend-driven beauty products built to win in the off-price and value retail space. Our products can be found at leading retailers like TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, and more. We move fast, stay on trend, and pride ourselves on delivering standout packaging and design at accessible price points.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and versatile Product Designer to join our creative team and help shape the look of our next generation of beauty products.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will be responsible for concepting and executing packaging design, marketing assets, and brand visuals across our portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. Your work will directly impact how our products look on shelf and online.
What You’ll Do
Packaging & Product Design
• Design and develop packaging artwork for beauty and personal care products from concept through press-ready files
• Create dielines, labels, cartons, and component specs in coordination with production and vendors
• Ensure design files meet print and production specifications across a range of substrates and formats
• Maintain brand consistency across product lines while adapting to retailer and channel requirements
Marketing & Digital Assets
• Design marketing collateral including linesheets, sell sheets, trade show materials, and promotional graphics
• Create digital assets for e-commerce platforms including Amazon A+ content, product imagery, and banner ads
• Support social media and brand content with on-trend visual design
Collaboration & Process
• Partner with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing to bring new SKUs to life on schedule
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Organize and maintain design asset libraries and file management systems
• Stay current on beauty packaging trends, retail aesthetics, and competitive landscape
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, personal care, CPG, or packaging
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop — these are non-negotiable
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or AI-assisted design platforms is a plus
• Solid understanding of print production, pre-press requirements, and file preparation
• An eye for trend, color, typography, and what makes a product stand out on shelf
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take creative direction while bringing original ideas to the table

A portfolio or lookbook showcasing your work is required to be considered for this role. Please include examples that demonstrate your packaging design, brand identity, or product-focused creative work. A link to an online portfolio or a PDF lookbook are both accepted.
