We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist — E-commerce / Direct-Response (Remote, Thailand) Full-time · 100% Remote (Thailand-based) · Start ASAP Jobs in Thailand at BrandLab
You’ll own the ideas that make people stop scrolling and buy — the copywriter and creative brain behind our ads, funnels, and brands.
What You’ll Do:
● Own creative strategy: research the market and competitors, find winning angles, and turn them into concepts we test every week.
● Write scroll-stopping copy — ads, hooks, product pages, landing pages, advertorials (Thai + English).
● Build static ads in Canva and direct video editors on UGC and ad creatives.
● Read the ad data, talk to customers, and turn insight into the next batch of creatives.
● Run the loop: hook → angle → offer → scale what wins, kill what doesn’t.
● Grow into managing editors, creators, actors, agencies, and our Shopee / Lazada / TikTok presence.
Who You Are:
● A natural writer with direct-response instinct — you make cold buyers feel something in two lines.
● You think in angles, hooks, proof, and offers — not just “pretty content.”
● Fluent with Meta Ads and the metrics that matter (CTR, CPA, ROAS); hands-on with Canva; willing to learn Shopify.
● Fast, curious, high-ownership — you live to test and improve. (We’ll fund premium direct-response copywriting courses to sharpen you further.)
● Native / fluent Thai writing + strong English. E-commerce / DTC experience is a big plus.
About Us: We’re a direct-to-consumer house of brands — we create, launch, and scale our own products across health, beauty, and lifestyle, and grow them with sharp creative and international-grade Direct-Response Marketing.

● 💰 25,000–35,000 THB/month (based on experience)
