VP Growth | Apparel & Active lifestyle brand
A fast-scaling, digitally native performance apparel and active lifestyle brand is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a VP Growth to own and scale its global revenue engine.
This is a senior executive role, working closely with the CEO and alongside the VP Brand to drive disciplined, profitable growth across a high-velocity DTC business.
The company has strong product-market fit and an established acquisition base. The next phase is about scaling efficiently, improving full-funnel performance, and unlocking international growth.
The role
Own the end-to-end growth engine across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Build a unified performance system across paid media, lifecycle, and onsite optimisation -translating data and insight into scalable revenue outcomes.
Work in close partnership with the VP Brand to ensure creative and performance are tightly aligned and commercially effective.
What you'll own
- Global growth strategy and performance marketing engine
- Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube
- Full-funnel performance (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV)
- CRO and ecommerce conversion optimisation (Shopify)
- Lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, retention, loyalty)
- Marketing budget allocation and performance forecasting
- GTM strategy for product launches and key campaigns
- International expansion and channel scaling strategy
- Alignment of brand and performance output with VP Brand
Experience
- VP / Head of Growth experience scaling 9-figure+ DTC consumer brands
- Strong performance marketing background at scale
- Proven ownership of full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS)
- Deep Shopify + ecommerce optimisation experience
- Strong operator mindset- fast, analytical, execution-led
- Experience in apparel, fitness, sport, wellness or lifestyle categories preferred
- Ability to align brand storytelling with commercial performance
- Comfortable working in high-velocity, test-and-learn environments
