Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, technical expertise, and the ability to create visually stunning and practical designs while keeping up with the latest industry trends. Specializing in high-end residential projects, you will be responsible for producing sophisticated and photorealistic 3D renderings that capture the aesthetics of our design vision.
This role demands a strong understanding of high-end materials, lighting, and spatial composition, as well as the ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual narratives that inspire and resonate with our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce photorealistic renderings for luxury residential interior projects.
- Work closely with interior designers and architects to understand the design direction, mood, and finishes for each space.
- Create rich and detailed renderings that reflect the nuances of premium materials, fine furnishings, bespoke joinery, and curated stylin.
- Develop furniture designs in 3Ds if needed
- Develop lighting schemes that mimic natural and ambient lighting in luxury environments.
- Generate 3D walkthroughs and animations as required for high-end presentations.
- Refine and edit visuals in post-production to achieve a polished, editorial-quality finish.
- Maintain an organized library of high-end 3D assets, materials, and textures.
- Keep up to date with design and visualization trends relevant to luxury interiors.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Degree or diploma in 3D Visualization, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in 3D visualization within luxury interiors or high-end architectural settings.
- Expert proficiency in SketchUp with 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray and Photoshop (D5, Revit, Lumion, and Corona Renderer are a plus.)
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Photoshop and post-production skills for refinement and mood setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing luxury interiors and an ability to replicate high-end finishes.
- Deep understanding of lighting, materials, and styling in luxury spaces.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
- Animation and motion graphics experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of interior styling and FF&E in the luxury sector.
- Experience working directly with design teams and clients.
