Role Objective
The Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-impact visual designs to support brand communication, product promotion, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and visual storytelling for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
- Design and oversee ATL/BTL creatives, digital campaigns, packaging, and retail branding
- Ensure consistency and standardization of brand identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with brand, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into creative outputs
- Drive and coordinate with creative and digital agencies
- Manage external vendors including printers and production partners
- Review and approve creatives ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Develop templates and standardize brand communication
- Provide creative support across business verticals (GT, MT, Export, etc.)
- Mentor and manage the design/visualizer team
Key Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong creative thinking, conceptualization, and storytelling skills
- Experience in branding, packaging design, and campaign execution
- Knowledge and adoption of new design technologies (including AI tools)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Minimum 5-8 years of Experience Required
