The Visual Merchandising Manager leads the execution of the Maison's visual merchandising strategy across retail environments. This role translates global creative direction into clear guidelines, in-store concepts, and operational rollouts that ensure brand consistency and commercial effectiveness.

The position coordinates teams and partners across Retail and Marketing to deliver high-quality visual execution, monitor performance, and continuously improve the client experience while supporting sales performance.

Job responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Concept Deployment

  • Lead the interpretation and execution of the Maison's visual merchandising strategy, from creative concept to in-store realization.
  • Orchestrate the roll- out of display guidelines, planograms, and product storytelling-ensuring coherence, differentiation, and local relevance.
  • Infuse every launch, campaign, and boutique refresh with new ideas, creative energy, and a deep respect for brand DNA.

Operational Excellence & Performance Management

  • Coordinate with retail, marketing, and store teams to deliver visual activations that are on time. on budget, and on brief.
  • Monitor the execution quality across regions, conduct in-store audits, and deploy rapid adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Track and report key metrics- sell-through, dwell time, conversion rates -demonstrating the commercial impact of visual merchandising initiatives.

Team Development & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Mentor and develop field visual merchandisers, fostering a culture of creative excellence and ownership.
  • Collaborate with store managers and retail teams to ensure visual standards are understood, embraced, and consistently elevated.
  • Act as the Maison's ambassador for visual identity-training, coaching, and inspiring teams to translate vision into action.

Client Experience & Brand Differentiation

  • Create immersive environments that invite discovery, spark emotion, and turn every visit into memorable journey.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and client expectations, piloting new concepts and innovating the visual experience.
