Objective
The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of visual merchandising strategy and execution across the brand, ensuring consistent brand expression in-store. This role will drive creative direction, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage both field implementation and office-based planning to enhance the customer experience and maximize commercial impact..
Key Duties
In-store Visual Merchandising (DOS / DF / Outlet)
- Execute seasonal and delivery-based display updates across all store types
- Create and distribute VM display reports
VM Model Store Setup & Staff Training
- Deliver new season display execution and provide training to store staff
POP Production
- Develop and produce POP materials for new collection launches, markdown events, and other promotions
VM Prop Ordering & Production
- Place VM fixture orders to HQ in Germany
- Collaborate with domestic vendors to produce store-specific VM props
VDC (Visual Design Campaign) Execution
- Manage seasonal window campaign rollouts
- Coordinate with vendors on production timeline and cost estimates
Lightbox Updates
- Replace seasonal visual advertising cuts
- Oversee import schedules and liaise with vendors for installation
VP (Visual Presentation) Display
- Create and install promotional displays for department store requests or local initiatives
- Manage quotations and scheduling with vendors
New Store Openings
- Calculate display capacity and align with the MD team
- Order fixtures from HQ (Germany/Hong Kong) as required
VMP (Visual Merchandising Props) Inventory Management
- Monitor quantity and condition of stored and in-use VM fixtures across stores
Budget Management
- Track and update VM-related budget spending regularly
Essential Requirement
- Min. 8 – Max 12 year experience in VM field
- Business level of spoken and written English
- Advanced computer skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint
- Friendly personality and good communication skill
- Proficient in computer skills
- Availability to travel as required by the job purposes (store visit)
- Able to complete and submit a pre-employment assignment as part of the recruitment process
