Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with multiple departments to drive merchandising strategies
• Attend and contribute to product line review meetings
• Collaborate with international merchandising colleagues
• Translate customer experiences into engaging visual concepts
• Develop merchandising standards and guidelines for the team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
• 2-3 years visual merchandising experience in retail
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Experience with design software such as Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
