ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring on behalf of a prestigious international luxury beauty and fragrance house, one of the most recognized brands in the world. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-driven Visual Merchandising Executive to own and elevate the brand's visual presence across boutiques, department stores, and travel retail counters nationwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute visual merchandising across all points of sale (boutiques, department stores, travel retail) in line with the marketing calendar
- Prepare planograms, layout plans, and technical drawings for window displays and in-store promotional setups
- Source, order, and manage locally and regionally produced visual materials, ensuring quality and brand consistency
- Manage and coordinate multiple contractors and vendors from briefing through to execution and sign-off
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail, Product, and Regional VM teams on campaign launches and activations
- Support new boutique openings and in-store events with tailored VM presentations
- Maintain and update campaign films and visual assets at all points of sale
- Coach retail teams to strengthen visual merchandising standards and brand culture
- Document all VM executions with comprehensive photographic and written reports
- Manage budgets for window displays and visual materials; handle purchase requisitions and permits
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent 2D/3D design software
- Able to read and produce technical and construction drawings independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and suppliers simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and travel to points of sale as required
