Role Description
We are seeking a freelance Visual Merchandiser for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually compelling window displays, ensuring appealing in-store layouts, and aligning merchandising strategies with brand identity to enhance customer engagement. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the retail and sales teams to boost product visibility, arranging store setups, and maintaining an inviting and organized shopping environment.
Qualifications
– Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
– Retail and Sales experience, with an understanding of consumer behavior and retail operations.
– Expertise in creating innovative and attractive Window Displays that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
– A keen sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly in on-site settings.
– Experience in fashion or apparel merchandising is an advantage.
