What You’ll Do
- Handle all aspects of Visual Merchandising to create an engaging store environment.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align on goals.
- Ensure all stores comply with merchandising guidelines including visuals and displays.
- Stay aware of retail store environments and report on competitor activities.
- Forecast and plan merchandising elements for new launches and monthly initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across all display elements to ensure a great customer journey.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or creative retail roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Proficient in design tools like SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the gadget retail industry.
- Highly motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive brand consistency.
