Job Summary :
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for developing creative concepts, visual presentations, and set & stage designs for events and pitching purposes. This role ensures all visual executions, merchandise, and production outputs are aligned with event objectives, brand identity, quality standards, and budget considerations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop creative concepts, set designs, and stage presentations for pitching and event execution.
- Create and develop event merchandise and visual materials in line with project requirements and budget considerations.
- Prepare visual layouts, mockups, and 3D visualizations for event and stage presentations.
- Monitor and supervise production processes for set, stage, and visual merchandising execution to ensure quality and timeline accuracy.
- Conduct quality control (QC) for all design outputs, production materials, and event deliverables before submission.
- Maintain and manage checklists for production items, merchandise, and event assets.
- Coordinate effectively with internal divisions, vendors, and related teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend meetings and provide regular updates regarding project progress and production status.
- Ensure all visual merchandising activities comply with company policies, procedures, and project standards.
- Support the team in delivering visually engaging and impactful event experiences.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, event production, creative design, or related field.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, spatial design, and creative presentation.
- Proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control awareness.
