Plant Solutions is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to drive our sales processes and support marketing initiatives. This role is essential for delivering consistent and impactful brand messaging.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Assistant & Graphic Design Specialist: Use your graphic design expertise to create stunning visual renderings for client proposals, adhering to biophilic design principles and brand guidelines. Proficiency in Canva is a must for crafting creative proposals.
- Client Proposal Developer: Organize and compile necessary data, visuals, and assets to create compelling presentations. Develop mood boards and case studies that showcase our unique offerings.
- Marketing Support: Contribute to social media, brainstorm blog topics, and review newsletters to maintain engaging and consistent messaging.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Update the sales team with the latest product and pricing information. Develop sales collateral, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines, and maintain the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Client Relationship Manager: Ensure effective follow-up communications with clients, addressing their needs promptly and maintaining strong relationships.
- Team Leader and Feedback Coordinator: Facilitate meetings to strategize on client engagement and gather valuable feedback to enhance our sales and marketing processes.
