📝Some details about your department
We are looking for a Visual Designer with a 360° vision to join our creative team. We aren't just looking for someone to execute assets, but a visual storyteller who masters design tools (Adobe + AI) to elevate the impact of our campaigns. You will be the key link between the creative idea and the final delivery, with the ability to lead presentations and manage direct relationships with major clients.
🎯 What we’d like you to do
Conceptualization and Execution: Development of powerful visual systems, from branding and digital campaigns to social media content.
ON and OFF Art Direction: Design and creation of materials for different channels, from sketches to Final Arts for production.
AI Content Generation: Integrating generative AI tools to optimize image and video creation processes while maintaining artistic quality.
Video Editing and Motion: Creation and editing of dynamic content (short videos, reels, campaign pieces) with a professional finish and narrative rhythm.
Client Management: Participating in strategic meetings, eloquently presenting visual proposals, and managing feedback in a constructive and professional manner.
Strategic Presence: Availability to attend our key clients' offices for workshops, presentations, or co-creation sessions (hybrid model).
🔊 What we’d like you to bring
Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years in creative agencies or design studios.
Technical Mastery:
Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Video: Advanced mastery of Premiere Pro and solid knowledge of After Effects.
Generative AI: Demonstrated ability to generate visuals (static and video) through advanced prompt engineering.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under agency deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and current visual trends.
