G&A ROBOT is seeking a professional, highly organized, and detail oriented Visual Designer to support the company’s ongoing creative needs across digital, print, social media, promotions, machine branding, and app visuals. This role is ideal for someone with strong design execution skills, a sharp eye for clean and modern visuals, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand image across all materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high quality visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, posters, signage, machine screens, and branded materials
- Design marketing materials for beverages, food items, membership programs, events, and new product launches
- Support app related visual design and basic UI/UX layout work in Figma
- Resize and adapt creative assets for a wide range of digital and print formats
- Follow creative direction closely and ensure all work aligns with G&A ROBOT brand standards
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver work within deadlines
- Maintain well organized source files, working files, and final exports
- Assist with the development of visually engaging materials that support the company’s marketing and promotional goals
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
- Working knowledge of Figma for app UI/UX and layout design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, and marketing materials
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and clean modern design
- Ability to work efficiently, respond well to feedback, and remain highly organized
- Experience with social media and marketing design is preferred
- Experience with print materials, signage, product promotion, or app interface design is an asset
Additional Assets
- Video editing skills are considered a strong plus
- Experience with cameras, photography, or content shooting is considered a plus
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short form content production is an asset

Compensation
Starting at $50,000/ year + Performance Bonuses
