About the Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Visual Designer with a strong foundation in photography and videography to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, and crafting compelling visual content that elevates our brand across digital and offline platforms. You will combine your design expertise with hands-on camera skills to produce everything from brand campaigns to social media reels and product shoots.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design
• Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations
• Create and maintain a consistent brand visual identity across all marketing collaterals
• Develop creative layouts, typography treatments, and visual systems for campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
• Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure quality control across all design outputs
Photography
• Plan and execute product photography, lifestyle shoots, and corporate event photography
• Manage studio and on-location shoots, including lighting setup and equipment handling
• Perform post-processing and retouching of photographs using industry-standard tools
• Maintain and organize a structured photo library and archive
• Source and brief external photographers when required
Videography & Motion
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media reels, You Tube, and brand campaigns
• Handle end-to-end video production including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing
• Create motion graphics, animated transitions, and visual effects for video content
• Produce testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, explainer videos, and promotional reels
• Manage video assets, exports, and delivery across multiple formats and platforms
Collaboration & Project Management
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align visual output with business goals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Present creative concepts and finished work to stakeholders for feedback and approval
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and platform best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Photography, or a related field
Experience
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in visual design with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience in photography (product, lifestyle, corporate) and videography
• Experience with end-to-end video production — from concept to final delivery
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Expertise in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting rigs, and studio equipment
• Strong knowledge of video editing, colour grading, and audio mixing
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva for digital-first deliverables
• Understanding of file formats, export specifications, and resolution standards for print and digital
Soft Skills
• Strong creative vision with keen attention to detail and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple briefs simultaneously
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in drone photography / aerial videography
• Knowledge of 3D design or CGI tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or tech brand photography
• Experience managing social media visual content calendars
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
Portfolio Requirement
Shortlisted candidates will be required to share a portfolio showcasing:
