We are looking for a Visual Content Creator with strong video skills. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the VYNCKE brand by creating engaging visual content across all communication channels.
By staying on top of social media trends and emerging AI tools, you’ll help translate our clean energy story into compelling visuals that connect with audiences worldwide.
About The Job
As our Visual Content Creator, you will:
- Lead the production of engaging visual content for our digital media (websites, social media channels, intranet, online advertisements…).
- Create shorts, reels, after movies, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, infographics and animations using in-app features or other tools to quickly create visually appealing content.
- Be responsible for all our photography and video projects from start to finish, including stakeholder involvement, project planning, script writing, filming and editing.
- Work closely with other departments globally to support their communication needs.
- Select, guide and work together with external video- and photographers when needed.
- Ensure our photo and video library is well organized and accessible across the organization.
About You
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
- Have a degree or equivalent experience in multimedia design, visual content management or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have a solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques, ideally represented by a strong portfolio of past work examples.
- Have experience using AI tools to generate images, video ideas, or visual enhancements, and be able to integrate AI-generated elements into real footage or designs.
- Be familiar with programs such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D, Firefly, Midjourney, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with 3D animation or UX/UI is a plus.
- Bring a creative mindset, a strong eye for detail, take ownership in elevating visual content to increase our brand visibility and be fluent in English.
