Role Description
- This role is responsible for producing engaging visual assets, including photography, short videos, social media graphics, and digital content that support marketing campaigns for accommodation and tourism clients. The Visual Content Creator collaborates with the Creative and account teams to align visuals with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and performance data. The role also involves staying current with visual trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of creative output. This role offer the opportunity to stay at our clients luxury hotels/ resorts in both Vietnam and APAC market
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute on-site photo, video shoots and engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Capture a variety of content formats, including photography, short-form videos, interviews, venue walkthroughs, product showcases, and social media content.
- Source, organize and manage media assets, props, visual references and supporting materials required for content production.
- Edit and produce final photo and video assets optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels.
- Develop creative concepts, moodboards, shot lists, storyboards, and production briefs for upcoming campaigns and shoots.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media team to understand campaign objectives, content strategies and brand requirements.
- Present creative ideas for content projects, including visual direction, scene planning, copy suggestions, music selection, and storytelling approaches.
- Research industry trends, competitor content and emerging social media formats to continuously improve content quality and performance.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency with each client's brand identity, visual standards, and marketing goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning, contributing creative ideas and recommendations.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach while representing the company during on-site productions and client interactions.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in content production, videography, photography or a similar creative role.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for domestic and international assignments across Southeast Asia.
- Proven experience planning, shooting and editing content from concept to final delivery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and short-form video content across multiple brands or industries.
- Solid visual storytelling skills with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and content trends.
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual concepts and content strategies.
- Comfortable presenting creative ideas, receiving feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience producing content for hospitality, travel, F&B, lifestyle, retail, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent creative software.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
