We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Lead Base, Marketing & Social Media)
We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our lead base management, marketing efforts, and social media content. If you’re organized, creative, and comfortable using AI tools, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain lead databases (CRM, spreadsheets, AI tools)
- Assist with lead generation, outreach tracking & follow-ups
- Support marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Create, schedule, and optimize social media content (LinkedIn-focused)
- Use AI tools for content ideas, lead research, and workflow automation
- Keep data clean, updated, and actionable
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a VA, Marketing Assistant, or Lead Generation role
- Strong understanding of lead base / CRM management
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, CRM AI features, etc.)
- Basic marketing & social media content skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Excellent written English communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing
- Canva or basic design skills
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable)
