About the Role
We're looking for a Videographer & Content Producer to lead high-quality multimedia content — videography, photography, and social-first storytelling — that drives e-commerce and social media performance. You'll manage all phases of production and post-production, shape creative direction and brand messaging, and turn our products into compelling stories across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
– Plan and execute multi-camera studio productions and single-camera shoots
– Manage all phases of video production and post-production, from concept to final edit
– Develop production strategy, creative direction, and brand messaging across all products
– Ensure every deliverable is high quality, accurate, and delivered on time
– Provide BTS footage of photoshoots and events
– Create daily stories, reels, and still posts for The Design Collective and Ceylon Born
– Plan and schedule content in advance using the content calendar — while keeping shoot timing close enough to real inventory that content doesn't go stale before it posts
– Model for in-house stories and reels, including womenswear
– Style shoots with a sharp eye across womenswear, menswear, accessories, and children's clothing
– Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice
– Collaborate with the Marketing Team Lead to develop content concepts and ideas
– Edit and send reels or other content over weekends or public holidays as needed
– Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements
– Exceptional e-commerce videography and photography skills, including excellent iPhone photography/videography
– Working knowledge of editing tools: Premiere, Photoshop, Higgsfield, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve or similar
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce, and social-native storytelling
– Experience in content creation, preferably within the fashion industry
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Strong organisational and time management skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Self-motivated with strong initiative and interpersonal skills
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Genuine interest in tech, social media, and e-commerce
– Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Suite
– Able to travel for shoots and events
– Must have own camera and equipment (camera body, lenses, lighting, etc. as relevant to the role)
